Ms. Wright is a Member National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also a published writer for the Mansfield ELA News and has given elder law talks at COA public housing venues.

Probate & Family Court Experience  

Ms. Wright has handled all aspects of family law including divorce, estate administration, probate, guardianship, adoption, name changes, conservatorships, trusts, paternity cases, divorce modifications, and equity cases. In addition to drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and living wills, Ms. Wright has been involved in difficult and unique areas of probate including petitions to divide real estate, will contests, rescission of deed issues, out-of-state probate problems, and child custody contests. She regularly counsels clients on estate planning and elder law issues. Ms. Wright is an approved guardian ad litem in Bristol and Norfolk counties.

Land Court and Real Estate Experience 

Ms. Wright has filed cases in the Massachusetts Land Court involving adverse possession, land registration and de-registration issues. She has performed thousands of title examinations in the Registries of Deeds and Land Court offices for Bristol, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, Middlesex, Barnstable, Worcester, Essex, and Nantucket Counties. She has conducted thousands of real estate closings for dozens of lenders including sales, refinances, second mortgages and bridge loans. Ms. Wright has represented buyers and sellers in all phases of real estate law from negotiating Purchase & Sale Agreements to zoning and subdivision issues. She is an approved title insurance agent for several Massachusetts title insurance companies and a Land Court Title Examiner.

Other Areas of Interest

Ms. Wright is a fifth generation resident of Mansfield, where she lives with her husband and two boys. Over the years she has been active in the schools, scouts, sports and church. She volunteers at the local food pantry, is a member of the Mansfield Lions Club, and serves on the board of trustees of the Spring Brook Cemetery Corporation.
