Welcome to the newly-updated James D. Thrasher, P.C. website. Our seasoned attorneys are proven problem solvers who offer more than fifty years of combined experience. We have litigated cases in Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Appeals Court and at all trial court levels including United States District Court. We do it all from real estate matters to wills and  probate estates. We take on  criminal defense cases to consumer protection, from divorce to discrimination. We count many corporations, LLCs and other businesses as our clients. We negotiate and draft all types of contracts. We also counsel many seniors and their families on the issues that matter to them.
