Founder of the Law Offices of James D. Thrasher, P.C., Mr. Thrasher has represented thousands of clients over a full range of legal disciplines. Cases  include: employment discrimination; civil rights claims; unfair or deceptive business and insurance practices; automobile and pedestrian accidents; slip and fall; landlord and tenant disputes; criminal defense; all types of real estate claims; land development; construction disputes; divorce and family law; trademarks and copyrights.  

Mr. Thrasher also accepted public appointments on behalf of the Committee for Public Counsel Services as a member of the Norfolk County Bar Advocates from 1984 to 1993.

Business & Entrepreneurial Experience

Along with other entrepreneurial initiatives, Mr. Thrasher is a principal founder of  Reach The Beach, Inc. in 1996. This company designed and patented the Wonder Wheeler® which has been licensed for sale throughout the United States. Reach The Beach owns and operates its own specialty website, www.wonderwheeler.com, selling thousands of Wonder Wheelers® every year. 

Mr. Thrasher consults regularly with inventors on new product ideas, advising on all aspects of new product development from inception to market.
