Attorney James D. Thrasher

Attorney
Jim Thrasher has practiced law in Massachusetts since 1983. In that time he
has handled thousands of cases for a full range of clients. Atty.
Thrasher began his trial career in 1984 as a bar advocate criminal defense
attorney for the Committee for Public Counsel Services where he secured not-guilty
jury verdicts in his first 8 trials. Since then, Atty. Thrasher
has handled trial and litigation matters in various District, Superior and
Probate Courts throughout Massachusetts and at the U.S. District Court in
Boston.
At the outset of his legal career, Atty. Thrasher was
fortunate to have the opportunity to represent one of Boston's major
real estate lenders in thousands of
residential mortgage transactions. Over
his three-decade career, Atty. Thrasher has handled over five thousand
real estate transactions as counsel to the lender, buyer, seller or realtor.
The litigation practice at James D. Thrasher, P.C. has handled
products
liability and negligence actions that resulted in a settlement award of over
$4 million dollars.
The success of the practice in
many areas of the law is the result of years of attention to detail and
training. With Atty. Jim Thrasher the client always comes first, and
the firm has instituted a

practice to clients of all means.
In addition to his legal duties,
Atty. Thrasher is also an inventor and together with his business partner
owns Reach The Beach, Inc. the company that invented and patented the
all-terrain beach cart sold throughout the United States as the Wonder
Wheeler®.
