Attorney Karen M. Wright

Attorney
Wright has been member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1985. She concentrates
her practice in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning and elder
law.
She has been a
Land Court Title Examiner since
2007 and has testified as an expert witness in the Massachusetts Land Court.
In her
real estate practice, she represents buyers,
sellers, developers, banks and homeowners. She has handled thousands of
real estate transactions including sales and refinance
mortgages.
Attorney Wright has given talks on
elder law
issues at the Mansfield Council on Aging and the Tri-Town Senior
Spectacular. She has appeared before local Planning and Zoning boards for
land use issues.
She serves as Guardian Ad Litem for
Probate cases in Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth Counties.
Attorney Wright volunteers each year at the Norfolk and Bristol
County Probate Courts
Lawyer of the Day program. She is a lifelong
resident of Mansfield where she makes her home.
